Each triangle in the sculpture represents an individual from one of five partnering organizations that have been influential in North Salina. Volunteers from Big Brothers Big Sisters, DVACK, Ashby House, The City Teen Center, and St Johns Missionary Baptist Church all created individual triangles for this project. In addition to the vertical elements, the surrounding ring includes words collected from the five organizations that help describe their mission and its effect on those they serve This project was brought to Hawthorne Park by North Salina Community Development Group, Earl Bane Foundation, Advantage Trust, OPI, Hi-Co Motors, Salina Arts & Humanities, Prairie Land Foods, Soggy Dog, J Vosseller, Randy's Auto, and Realtec.
