Artist Awards Application Form (Word Document - application with form fields)
Any visual performing, literary or interdisciplinary artists who demonstrates a seriousness to his/her art form, but who has not yet established a career as a full-time practicing artist is invited to apply. Artists applying for an Artist Award may apply for a Developing Artist grant in the same year. However Artist Award winners will skip a year before reapplying.
Grants are available only to residents of Saline County, Kansas, who have been in residence for at least one year prior to the application due date (September 1, 2008.)
Application cannot be made online. Applications must be postmarked on or before the deadline date (September 1, 2008) to be eligible for consideration. Send to: Salina Arts and Humanities Commission, P.O. Box 2181, Salina, KS 67402-2181.
